Using Gifts for Maximum Impact

Most men shower a new lady with gifts thinking that they will impress the woman and lead her into becoming romantically involved. Unfortunately most men don’t understand gifting and so end up doing their cause more harm than good. Giving too many gifts too early may backfire by establishing the giver as just another guy who wants nothing more than to lure her into the nearest bed.

Instead of giving numerous and expensive gifts, you should focus on learning enough about your lady so that you can give more thoughtful and romantic gifts tailored to her own personality and preferences. These smaller gifts will be much more appreciated and will have a greater impact if they reflect who the woman is or one of her major interests. And the icing on the cake is that – they cost much less than the more usual kinds of presents!

There are two other rules to observe here. First the gifts must be a total surprise. Don’t even hint that something is in the works. And secondly the gift must be wrapped in fancy wrapping paper. Women love surprises and women also love opening gifts so no matter what sort of woman she is, unwrapping a surprise gift will be high on her list of happy events. She’ll appreciate the gift, she’ll appreciate you and she’ll remember the occasion for ages. And if the gift itself is truly thoughtful or uniquely humorous, the impact is even greater.

If you’re having problems coming up with a suitable gift, don’t be bashful about asking a saleswoman for help. Go to one of those upscale department stores. Look around for a saleslady who is around the same age as your target lady. Tell her that you’re having a problem finding the right sort of gift. If she’s any good, she’ll ask a few questions about your lady and then have several gift suggestions.

Just be sure to go for a unique and personalized gift.
